RLI automation is not just a company that sells and services robotic systems, we are experienced at using robots for high volume production work. We use our production experience to help our customers select cost effective automation systems, structure the most effective training and maximize equipment uptime. We also chose to use robotic systems over all other brands, for our production  needs.
 

ROBOTIC OPERATOR TRAINING
is structured to meet your company's specific requirements
and may include:

• Training by RLI, Motoman Inc., or both

• Training at RLI, Motoman Inc., or at the customers' facility

• Safety systems

• Basic programming

• Advanced programming

• Welding processes

• Preventative maintenance

• Troubleshooting and minor repair

• Special cross training, for customers who already know how to program other brands or types of robots. Programming commands can be translated by RLI from a known programming language to the Motoman INFORM II language.

• RLI Automation's mobile UP-6 robot, to allow students more hands on training time
